Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Edikted pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all labels intact, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
